MLM Property Management was established in 2000 and over twenty years later, we are an award winning, highly regarded and highly regulated property management company situated in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. We manage over 6000 units in over 200 developments situated largely in and around London, Hertfordshire and the home counties as well as regionally in Bristol, Leeds, Birmingham and Gosport.
Our expertise is diverse and includes residential block management, commercial management, large complex developments, estate management, mixed use developments, mixed tenure developments, new build developments, old mansion blocks, complex heating systems, RMC and RTM developments, enfranchisement, complex leases, multi schedule complex service charges, supervising major works projects and developer consultation.
