Using various methods (advertising, tenant's waiting list, to let board etc.) we will locate a suitable tenant for the property and accompany them to the viewing.

Let Only - 10% - Of the gross rent for the first 6 months of the term of the tenancy (subject to a minimum fee of 700) - Includes full tenant referencing.
Inventory/Check in Charges - Prices vary depending on the size of the property, please contact our office.

Before commencing with the tenancy we will need to obtain satisfactory references for all applicants over 18 years old which include a credit check, employment references and previous landlord references.
