All the listed services for just 10% per month plus vat.
If you have 2 or more properties with us we will drop our monthly fee to 9% per month plus vat on all your properties under full management.
If you prefer to manage the property yourself we can provide a Tenant Find Only service.
Once we have checked the tenant in you will need to register yourself with one of the three recognised deposit holding schemes as we will send you the deposit for you to manage yourself.
