Qualified to CIH Level 3 in Letting and Managing Residential property. Sylvia makes sure the money side of things is always looked after for landlords and tenants. Elizabeth has great organisational skills and makes sure all of our properties are fully compliant.

Care is taken to explain the legal responsibilities that they are entering into, inventories are meticulously checked and agreed, breakage deposits are held securely on behalf of tenants, and maintenance problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Throughout the second semester we will be launching properties for rent to student groups as, and when, notice dates from our current tenants are submitted.
