Welcome to Lawson & Thompson - a fresh and innovative student letting agent in St Andrews. We have won multiple awards, including most recently 'best letting agent 2017/18' in the official student survey conducted by the University of St Andrews. As local landlords ourselves, we had experienced the shortcomings and frustrations that other landlords typically encounter with letting agents.
To address these issues we set about creating Lawson & Thompson, and after 12-months in the planning, Lawson & Thompson was launched in 2013. We introduced a number of unique and innovative features (still unique to us to this day) designed to deliver the ultimate in value and service for our landlords and tenants. For example: HD property videos, monthly inspections, 24/7 availability, annual improvements report and much more.
At the core of everything we do is our commitment to providing the very best in customer service. We genuinely care about what we do. We manage every property as if it were our own.
