We fully appreciate that all clients are different and generally larger properties require a more "hands on" service and more management participation from their managing agent than smaller properties.
It is also fair to say that the smaller the property, the higher the service charge is likely to be as an annual budget split 4 ways is always going to be more per property than an annual budget split 12 ways.
For this reason, we offer different levels of service, differing in the amount of visits to the property per annum and, for very small properties, we even offer a "virtual" property management service, where we never actually visit the property, but carry out all administration tasks from our office.

We have an extensive client base, the largest proportion of which are Resident Management Companies (RMC's), most of whom own the freehold of their property.
We work closely with the RMC Directors, helping them to achieve what they want for their building.
