We are able to arrange viewings (subject to availability and permission for access) between 9:30 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am and 1 pm on Saturdays.
Although we can sometimes arrange viewings the same day at quieter times by request, many properties will require at least 24 hours' notice of viewings to the existing tenant.
Once a perspective tenant has shown interest in a property, we will ask for some basic details from them so that we can ascertain if the landlord is happy in principle to proceed.
