I haven't had any problems with tenants and rent has been paid regularly and on time - makes being a landlord much easier. Any issues with the property were dealt with efficiently and quickly, it helps having a good team of maintenance workers available to fix and minor leaks and scrapes.

This property has two bedrooms, one is a single with built in wardrobes and the other is currently a single, again with built in wardrobes but a double bed can be provided upon request.
The main door leads straight into the property and the kitchen area which is small but equipped with machine, fri.

Viewings are always accompanied by a member of staff who can answer any questions you may have.
A security deposit of one month's rent plus 100 must be paid, the deposit will be transferred to the Safe Deposit Scheme account throughout the tenancy term.
This will be returned in full subject to a satisfactory check out inspection.
Once we have satisfactory references in place, we will arrange an appointment for you to come to our office to sign your lease documents, collect a copy of the inventory, complete a standing order mandate for future rental payments and pick up your keys.
Our services begin with an initial discussion to introduce our services and discuss the options available, we will then arrange to view the property for a rental appraisal.

In the instance of a maintenance issue that requires immediate attention please call our office on 0131 226 9382.
An emergency would be classed as escape of water, loss of electricity, and loss of heating (in winter).
If you have been advised that the property is covered by a "Homecare" agreement and your issue is regarding plumbing, heating or electrics please check the information provided and contact them in the first instance.
