1 Upon receipt of satisfactory references and credit checks, no.
38 lettings & management will prepare the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and necessary papers for signature.
2 You will be required to pay the equivalent of 5 weeks rent as a deposit, depending on the size of the property and 1 calendar months rent in advance.
All initial payments to no. 38 must be made in cleared funds before the commencement of the tenancy.
If payment is by personal cheque you must allow a minimum of 7 working days for clearance.
