You will then find a link from RENT4SURE in your email inbox, to fill in the remaining information needed.
To secure the property you will need to pay the sum of 200.00 which is non-refundable if the reference results are acceptable to the landlord.
The 200.00 will then form part of the tenancy deposit payable prior to taking up occupation.
